Mary White
From Megan on 3/3: Mary is a sweet little friend, neighbor, and fellow church member of mine who I have been praying for since she was in the womb. Mary is 9 years old, and was born with hydrocephalus. She has had a shunt since she was very tiny, and has had multiple brain surgeries. She had done really well for the past 4 years or so, not needing any surgeries. Over the past month, Mary has had to undergo 3 surgeries. This past surgery was supposed to bring her relief from constant headaches and lethargy, but it has NOT helped and she may have to have a 4th surgery at the end of the week. Please pray that there will be healing from this past surgery and that the shunt begins to relieve her headache. She is also running fever now, and if that doesn't resolve, surgery is inevitable. Please pray for Mary, mom Jana, and the rest of her sweet family!

Thanks so much for posting this! Mary DID have that surgery, and will have ANOTHER surgery in the morning (around 10 CST). Hopefully she will get to go home by Thursday or so. I will keep you posted. Her spirits are good, and she is doing pretty well. Keep the prayers coming! Thanks!
